Job description

PhD researchers participate in the Maastricht University Graduate School of Law PhD Training program, starting September 2010. They will prepare a PhD thesis within one of the core research programmes of the Ius Commune or the Human Rights Research School. Supervision will be provided by individually assigned senior researchers. At least 80 % of the position will be dedicated to research and not more than 20% to teaching activities. PhD researchers join the faculty department in the field linked to the theme of their research proposal.

The awards will be made on the basis of merit to two groups of
students-those who will be college juniors and those who will be
college seniors in the 2010-2011 academic year-who have outstanding
potential and intend to pursue careers in mathematics, the natural
